I am the President of a local wireless communications message dispatch company, The National Dispatch Center, Inc. After reading NUTS!, I purchased a dozen copies and distributed them to senior management. We found it inspirational and applicable to various departments throughout the company.

Lastly, I wanted to share with you that NUTS! is, to the best of my recollection, the only non-fiction book that I have read that I was disappointed came to an end. I wanted the story to continue and continue some more! Also, it is the only non-fiction book that I have read for the second time from cover to cover.

Their book is a manual on leadership; a primer on how to deliver high value service. Obviously, the management philosophy of Herb Kelleher, the airline’s CEO, needs to be studied. And emulated.
